PROFILE INSURANCE SERVICES LTD WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1997 AS AN INDEPENDENT INSURANCE INTERMEDIARY.
Our independence is something we value highly as it enables us to act on behalf of our clients totally unbiased and untied, freely looking at the entire market, seeking out the insurance products that are right for you as an individual or as a business.
From Day One, Profile has not compromised on the highest level of service afforded to each and every client. A continuing growth pattern has been established through referred leads and organic growth. Our renewal retention is one of the highest in the industry.
As a general insurance broker, we can place any type of insurance, both personal and commercial lines. Our specialties tend to be in high value property, prestigious vehicles, non-standard and complex commercial risks.

Set up the company in 1997 with a vision of an insurance company that genuinely puts its customers first. Over 30 year's experience in all classes of insurance.

Mark Cook
Heads up the Commercial Lines team, and has extensive knowledge of all types of insurance. Over 30 years of experience in underwriting and broking. Key to the success and growth of Profile.
Mark is renowned for his extensive flag collection!
Dorothy Joseph
The newest addition to the Profile Team.
An extremely accomplished broker across both Commercial and Personal Lines,
Currently supporting Mark and bringing her depth of experience to the team.
Michele Streatfield
Heads up the Personal Lines team, with over 30 years of experience. Her sunny disposition never wanes. A valued member of the team for over 20 years.
Football Fanatic, her weekend involve football, football and more football!
Hannah Maddox
Our go to in all aspect of Profiles operation. She has a depth of experience on all things necessary to support the business. Although she is only with us one day a week her contribution to the operation is full time.
Fascinating fact: Hannah holds a shot gun license and is a crack shot at clay pigeon shooting.
